Youth-led • Honolulu, Hawaiʻi

Hygiene essentials should be accessible to every teen.

Kahala Self Improvement is a youth-led Honolulu community initiative collecting new, unopened hygiene and menstrual-care essentials for organized care packages supporting teens.

Small product donations are welcome. Every accepted item is recorded before packing and distribution.

OUR MISSION

Help teens feel prepared, comfortable, and confident.

Access to basic hygiene products can affect comfort, confidence, and participation in everyday life. KSI focuses on practical support that is respectful and stigma-free.

Our student team coordinates outreach, donation tracking, inventory, volunteer work, packing, and distribution planning. Products are documented and organized before handoff.

Sustainability is a supporting part of our mission. We aim to reduce avoidable waste by collecting useful products responsibly and planning distribution around actual needs.

OUR APPROACH Practical support. Clear records. Respectful delivery.

FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES

A small product donation is enough.

Supporting KSI does not require a major sponsorship. A small quantity of new, unopened hygiene or menstrual-care products can support our care-package work. We confirm the items, coordinate a simple handoff, and record what is received.

THE ASKA few sealed products can make a useful contribution.
